Get the Best Performance from your Safe & Green Lamp Oil

The two variables that affect the performance of your tiki torch oils are contaminated wicks and wicks that are exposed too much. Overexposure of the wick can waste torch fuel and encourage excessive smoking.

The wicks on your tiki torches or lanterns should not be exposed more than 1/16" to provide a nice flame. We recommend keeping the wicks flush with the collar and using high-quality, fiberglass tiki torch wicks.

Contaminated wicks and mixing with previous fuels can also contribute to poor performance. Ensure you change the wick and empty the torch reservoirs before using Firefly Tiki Torch Fuel.
